General terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the establishment Les Treize Assiettes, located at 6 route de la Quintine, 50300 Le Val-Saint-Père and any customer making a room or table reservation via the website, by telephone, email, or any other means of communication.

a. Hotel Reservations

Room reservations can be made online, by telephone, or directly on site. All reservations are confirmed after availability has been confirmed and, if applicable, a deposit or credit card number has been provided as a guarantee.

b. Restaurant Reservations

Table reservations can be made by telephone, on site, or via a partner platform. Reservations are only considered confirmed after receipt of a confirmation email, text message, or call.
 

The prices displayed are expressed in euros including tax. They include the VAT applicable on the day of booking.
Any changes to the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices.

• Rates may vary depending on the period, current promotions and booking channel.
• Tourist tax is additional and must be paid on site.

• For hotel reservations, a credit card number may be required as a guarantee or for a deposit.
• The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise indicated.
• For the restaurant, no prepayment is required except in special cases (groups, events, etc.).

a. Hotel

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date (except for special conditions).
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night's stay (or the full amount if stipulated) may be charged.

b. Restaurant

• For individual reservations: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the service.
• For groups or events: Cancellation conditions will be specified upon confirmation.

• Hotel: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out before 10:30 a.m.
• In case of late arrival, please notify the reception.
• Late check-out: After 11 am: Supplement of 30 % of the price of the room posted.
• After 12 pm: Invoicing of an extra night

The client agrees to respect the premises, safety rules and tranquility. Any damage or disrespectful behavior may result in additional charges or the interruption of the stay.

The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings in rooms or common areas.

The information collected is necessary for managing reservations and customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data upon simple request to contact@les13assiettes.com

Contact Hôtels is part of the Tourism and Travel Mediation Service (MTV). If you have contacted our team or the Contact Hôtels quality service (satisfaction@contact-hotel.com) and if you do not receive a satisfactory response within sixty (60) days, you can contact the MTV Mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: https://www.mtv.travel
